Ever since I was a little girl I have always wanted to be a teacher! I grew up in MCPS, and went to college at American University. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Literature, I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Special Education.

This year marks my *ninth* year of teaching! I have been at NCC since 2012, and have taught 3rd, 4th, and 6th grades. Teaching is my passion, and I pride myself on meeting the unique needs of all my students.

Reading and writing are my favorite subjects, and I am thrilled to be teaching them again this year! In my free time, I love traveling, art (especially calligraphy!), reading, and spending time with friends and family.
